Sanjay Leela Bhansali's epic film "Padmaavat" finally hit theatres across the country with an exception of four big states and actress Deepika Padukone shared an all-smiles photo with someone special.
Taking to Instagram, Padukone posted a photo with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and captioned it: "My Main Man, Now & Forever!from both of us to all of you...We LOVE you!see you at the movies!❤️#Padmaavat"
Both Padukone and Bhansali went through a tough time since the start of shooting of Padmaavat till now and continuing from fringe group Rajput Karni Sena which threatened to create a havoc if the film releases.
Even today, there is a no-show in four states -- Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Goa owing to massive violence on part of the group against public property and cinema halls.
The group even went to Supreme Court asking for a ban on the film but the apex court ruled in favour of the makers and asked the state governments to ensure a secure environment for the film release.
On another note, Singh shared a heartfelt note about the journey the film has taken. "I am so proud of my team. Team Padmaavat for the win!"Singh wrote.
