Due to a disturbance in the western part of the country, overnight rain hit the national capital
The national capital received some rainfall late Fridaycleaning up some of the smog.
Pollution levels decreased further on Friday as Delhi received rainfall in some parts of the city, and is expected to witness more such drizzles on Saturday as well, an official from the MET department told the media.
Due to a disturbance in the western part of the country, overnight rain hit the national capital, reports say.
The approximate Air Quality Index of Delhi, which was measured at 363 on Thursday, decreased to 310 on Friday.
