Priyanka Chopra is going to great lengths to make her character stand apart from anything she’s done before. The actress who we will next see in The Bluff is apparently sporting a mohawk in the film. Pictures from the film set leaked online recently.

A fan account of Priyanka and singer-husband Nick Jonas recently leaked pictures of Priyanka’s look. She is currently in Australia filming the period-action flick. The leaked pictures seem like they are out of a pirate ship sequence. Even though the picture is blurry, we can make out that she’s wearing a black vest and is in full combat mode. 

This is the first time that Priyanka is sporting a mohawk. In fact, this is her most daring hairstyle for a film or otherwise. She usually sports long locks in both reel and real life.

As pictures of her mohawk hairstyle went viral, fans started questioning if the film was set in the same timeline as The Pirates of the Caribbean. The fan account which posted the picture replied, “yes” to these queries. Another asked how long Priyanka is going to be filming in Australia, to which the fan account responded, “I don't know if Pri will be till the end of the shooting or will finish first since she started first, the general shooting is till the end of August.”

What is The Bluff about?

The Bluff is set in the 19th-century Caribbean and follows the story of a former female pirate, played by Priyanka, who must protect her family when the sins of her past catch up to her. Produced by Russo Brothers' banner AGBO Studios and Amazon MGM Studios, the film also stars Karl Urban in a prominent role.

Priyanka Chopra has been in Australia for some months now. She even celebrated her birthday while filming, away from her family. Her husband Nick Jonas sent her gifts and shared a sweet message. She was last seen in India as she flew in for a day with Nick for an Indian billionaire’s son’s wedding. The same wedding saw the likes of Justin Bieber perform while John Cena, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian among other high-profile guests attend the wedding.
