Journo shares clip of 'UNCOMFORTABLE' Blake Lively interview which made her want to 'QUIT'

Blake Lively is not as sweet as she appears it seems, as another case of her being involuntarily snappy has come to light. Amid her ongoing feud with It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, an award-winning journalist has released a clip of an old 2016 interview in which she was made to feel uncomfortable and out of place because of the actor’s responses to the latter’s questions.

It so happened that at the time Blake Lively was pregnant with her second child with her husband Ryan Reynolds. She had just announced her pregnancy, so it was public news. When she sat down with journalist Kjersti Flaa with costar Parker Posey to discuss their film Cafe Society, Blake Lively came across as condescending and visibly rude.

Journalist slams Blake Lively for making her uncomfortable during interview

The journalist has posted the clip now and called it the most “uncomfortable situation” she has ever been in and said that she considered “quitting” her profession because of how she was made to feel.

She captioned the YouTube video: “The Blake Lively interview that made me want to quit my job.”

In the video, the journalist started off by congratulating the actress on her pregnancy by saying, “First of all, congrats on your little bump,” to which Blake responded with, “Congrats on your little bump.” Blake’s co-star Parker also joined and said, “What about my bump?” standing up to show her butt to the camera.

The journalist can be seen getting awkward with the responses as the two women continued to joke about their various “bumps”.

Journalist reveals she thought of quitting because of the actress

Things only got worse from there when Kjersti asked her first question. Since the movie was set in the 1930s, Kjersti wondered if they enjoyed wearing old-school clothes in the movie.

Blake seemed put off by the question and interjected, “Everyone wants to talk about the clothes but I wonder if they would ask the men about the clothes.”

Then the two actresses continued talking to one another and discussed some of their favourite outfits worn by men in the movie. The interview went on for a few minutes before the journalist wrapped up.

Sharing the video after so many years, the journo captioned it: “Sitting down with Blake Lively and her co-star Parker Posey for Cafe Society is the most uncomfortable interview situation I have ever experienced. Is it not OK to congratulate someone on their pregnancy or to ask another woman about costumes she is wearing in a film?”

Netizens think Blake was 'weird' in the interview

The resurfaced interview quickly went viral and sparked a backlash against Blake Lively. Netizens called Blake “rude”, “inconsiderate”, and “weird and uncalled for” among other things.

Meanwhile, Blake Lively is currently busy promoting her new film It Ends With Us. The filmis based on Colleen Hoover's novel of the same name, and follows a woman named Lily Bloom, played by Blake, who becomes embroiled in an abusive relationship with a man named Ryle Kincaid, portrayed by Justin. She and co-star Justin have been feuding and are not seen promoting the film together. There are reports that things went haywire on sets and that there was a negative equation between the two.

Reportedly,Blake and Justin clashed over his ''dismissive"attitude to her input while they were filming scenes that involved abuse.
