According to the UN, several countries have broken the arms embargo. The world body had earlier named Turkey, Egypt and UAE as nations who have earlier broken the embargo.

Haftar's Libyan National Army along with other groups have been fighting for the control of Libya since last year with the UAE and Egpyt reportedly backing LNA and internationally recognised Government of National Accord (GNA) being backed by Turkey.

Russia, France too support the Haftar forces. During the foreign ministers' conference several countries called the arms embagro violations "deplorable" while urging the warring factions to take part in a meeting to negotiate a ceasefire.

The Libyan rivals are scheduled to hold a political dialogue&nbsp;on February 26 with Rome set to host the meeting under the supervision of the United Nations.

The court has now appointed advocate Ravi Qazi to represent Mukesh Singh while it has directed jail superintendent to take appropriate care as per law on Vinay Kumar's hunger strike in Tihar Jail.

Vinay's lawyer told the court that he is suffering from acute mental illness and death sentence cannot be carried out.

Vinay was assaulted in court and he has head injuries, his lawyer told the court.&nbsp;

The lawyer also added that convict Pawan Gupta wants to move a curative petition before the Supreme Court and mercy plea before the President.

Court has reserved order on pleas seeking fresh death penalty for convicts.

"They distort events of the past to advance a narrow-minded view of the present. India made a strong demarche with the Turkish government," India's ministry of external affairs said, adding, "India finds that completely unacceptable. We particularly reject the repeated attempts by Turkey to justify the cross border terrorism practised so blatantly by Pakistan."

"These developments have strong implications for our bilateral relationship. These remarks reflect neither an understanding of history nor of the conduct of diplomacy," the ministry said.

During his address to the Pakistan Parliament, Erdogan had said that his country would continue to "raise its voice" in "Indian occupied Kashmir".

"Today, the issue of Kashmir is as close to us as it is to you," Erdogan had said in Parliament the presence of top Pakistan officials including PM Imran Khan.

"This recent episode is but one more example of a pattern of Turkey interfering in the internal affairs of other countries," external affairs spokesman Raveesh Kumar said.

The Turkish president had said that Turkey would continue to stand by "justice, peace and dialogue in the resolution of the Kashmir issue" while saying that Pakistan has been affected by terrorism while lauding its effort in Afghanistan.

"How can we forget those from Pakistan who prayed for Turkey. Our friendship is not based on vested interests but on love," Erdogan said in a statement in Pak parliament on Friday.
