<p>Blacklisting by the Paris-based financial action task force could have been a blow for Pakistan's economic reform programme leading to severe economic sanctions.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The international monetary fund had said in an internal report that it would have led to a freeze on investments and other capital inflows, including funding by the IMF, if Pakistan is not removed from the grey list by April, it may automatically slide into the blacklist.</p>

<p>The body had warned that Islamabad in October last year could be put on the blacklist if it did not comply with the remaining 22 out of 27 points related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.</p>

<p>Pakistan in its report to FATF had stated that while it has completely implemented 14 out of the 27 points in the FATF action plan, it has also been partially compliant with at least 11 points.</p>

<p>On the other hand, FATF has demanded Pakistan to further tighten its laws and hold organizations and individuals behind money laundering and terror financing accountable.</p>

<p>"Well yes," Putin replied and added that he does not have the highest salary. The woman continued to corner the president asserting that grocery store costs at least 1,000 rubles in Russia and utility bills were a flat 4,000 rubles.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Of course you are right, we still have a lot of social problems that the government has to solve," the president told the woman.</p>

<p>"Why don't you solve them then?" the woman asked, to which the Russian president said: "We are solving them."</p>

<p>Dagmar Turner's neurosurgeon Dr Keyoumars Ashkan had asked her to play her instrument to ensure that the professional violinist's musical abilities were not damaged during tumour removal.</p>

<p>The 53-year-old played her violin during her brain tumour surgery at King's College Hospital in&nbsp;London.</p>

<p>"We perform around 400 tumour removals&nbsp;each year, which often involves rousing patients to carry out language tests, but this was the first time I've had a patient play an instrument," Ashkan said in a press release after the surgery.</p>

<p>"I'm hoping to be back with my orchestra very soon," Turner said after the surgery.</p>
