According to Pakistani broadcaster ARY, Saudi officials said travellers holding Umrah visas can still enter the country up until 13 April. After that, the restrictions will apply fully.

If, on the other hand, on April 9th we launch economic nuclear war on every country in the world, business investment will grind to a halt, consumers will close their wallets and pocket books, and we will severely damage our reputation with the rest of the world that will take years and potentially decades to rehabilitate."

The losses followed another day of carnage on Wall Street on Friday, where all three main indexes fell almost six percent.
That came after Federal Reserve boss Jerome Powell said US tariffs will likely cause inflation to rise and growth to slow and warned of an "elevated" risk of higher unemployment.
The measures by Trump are likely to give US central bankers a headache as they try to balance the need for interest rate cuts to support the economy with the need to keep a lid on prices.
His comments came after Trump had insisted "my policies will never change" and urged the Fed to cut rates.
"Powell's hands are tied," said Innes. "He's acknowledged the obvious -- that tariffs are inflationary and recessionary -- but he's not signalling a rescue.
"And that's the problem. This time, the Fed's inflation mandate is forcing it to keep the safety net rolled up while asset prices get torched."
Tim Waterer, chief market analyst at KCM Trade, said: "Traders are nervously watching the two biggest economies going toe to toe on tariffs and are fearing that both could receive knockout blows from a prolonged economic fight.
"Neither the US nor China are backing down when it comes to slapping new tariffs on each other and in this escalatory environment it's not surprising to see that risk assets are being avoided like the plague."

Fareed Zakaria, an influential political commentator and author sniffed at &ldquo;voodoo economics&rdquo; in the calculation of the tariffs and gave a list of figures designed to counter Trump&rsquo;s depiction of the U.S., the world&rsquo;s dominant economic and political power,as a victim.
The real economic story of the past three decades, he said, is that the United States surged ahead of all its major competitors.
&ldquo;In 2008, the U.SD. economy was about the same size as the Eurozone&rsquo;s; now it&rsquo;s nearly twice the size. In 1990, average U.S. wages were about 20 percent greater than the overall average in the advanced industrial world; they are now about 40 percent higher.&rdquo;

Trump himself has begun urging Americans to be patient. Apparently unperturbed by the Wall Street crash after &ldquo;liberation day&rdquo;, he described market volatility as a sign of &ldquo;an economic revolution&rdquo; which the U.S. would win.
"Hang tough, it won't be easy, but the end result will be historic," he added in a post on Truth Social, his social media service. Locals complain the rodents are entering their homes and cars, chewing their valuables. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m afraid to open my front door, they&rsquo;re everywhere,&rdquo; said Mary Dore, a resident of the city&rsquo;s Balsall Heath area, told The Guardian. &ldquo;They run out from under the cars when you get in, they&rsquo;re going in the engines. They chewed through the cables in my son&rsquo;s car, costing him god knows how much,&rdquo; she added.

Ukraine will send a team to the US next week to begin further negotiations on a new draft of the rare earth minerals deal that would give the US access to Ukraine's mineral resources, Economy Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko said, according to a report.
&ldquo;The new draft agreement from the U.S. shows that the intention to create a fund or jointly invest remains,&rdquo; Svyrydenko told the Associated Press, during a trip to northern Ukraine.
The Ukrainian delegation will include representatives from the Ministries of Economy, Foreign Affairs, Justice and Finance.&nbsp;
Svyrydenko said, "What we have now is a document that reflects the position of the U.S. Treasury legal team. This is not a final version, it&rsquo;s not a joint position.&rdquo;

The US and Ukraine were supposed to sign the minerals deal in February, however the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky did not turn out well, which postponed the signing of the deal.&nbsp;

<h2>What is there in the new draft?</h2>
The new document presents a new US proposal that goes beyond a previous framework agreed upon in February.&nbsp;
The new draft includes not only rare-earth minerals but gas and oil too.&nbsp;
However, the new draft got leaked, following which, Zelensky ordered a formal investigation into the leak of a recent US proposal concerning profits from Ukraine&rsquo;s energy and mineral assets.&nbsp;
The leak comes as tensions grow between Kyiv and the Trump administration over the conditions of a proposed agreement involving critical energy and mineral resources.

The draft agreement was made public on 26 March by opposition MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, who claimed to have obtained a copy. Speaking at a press briefing on 28 March, Zelensky called the leak &ldquo;strange&rdquo; and questioned how the information had been passed on. &ldquo;I wonder who is transmitting this information,&rdquo; he said.
Notably, Ukraine holds significant deposits of more than 20 minerals, which are deemed critical by the US, including titanium, which is used to make aircraft wings, lithium, key to several battery technologies, and uranium, used in nuclear power.
