World hits record weekly infections related to Coronavirus
It has been two years since COVID pandemic started. During this time there have been multiple waves and millions of live were lost. Globally a total of 6.55 million COVID cases were detected between 22nd and 28th of Dec. This is the highest figure since the WHO declared it a pandemic in March 2020.
