A new issue has taken centre stage in India's general elections. This time the issue revolves around Katchatheevu island. It is a tiny island between India and Sri Lanka on the Palk Strait. PM Modi hit out at the Congress over its decision to hand over the island to Sri Lanka in the 1970s.
