The US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will pay a two-day visit to India on July 27-28 to discuss a range of issues including the situation in Afghanistan, counter-China efforts. Blinken will also meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and EAM S Jaishankar. It will be Blinken's first visit to India after assuming charge as the US Secretary of State.
