Amid increasing rift between the United States and Russia over Kremlin border army buildup, US President Joe Biden has proposed a high-level meeting with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Mr Biden reiterated the U.S.’s “unwavering commitment” to Ukraine’s sovereignty according to the White House.
