The US and Iran have agreed to reconvene for further discussions next week after productive talks in Oman on Saturday. Oman’s foreign minister acted as an intermediary in the talks in Muscat, while US special envoy Steve Witkoff also had a brief one-on-one conversation with Iran's foreign minister Abbas Araghchi.
