U.S 'comfortable' with higher tariffs on China if trade negotiations fail

The United States is "comfortable" with higher tariffs on China if a mutual trade agreement cannot be reached, the U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said on Friday (May 10), as trade tensions between the two countries escalate.
