Pakistan's elite loses faith in its own country, bureaucrats flee to foreign havens

Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif stirred a row by questioning the loyalty of his country's top bureaucrats citing that many had permanently settled abroad in the last few years. This comes at a time when Pakistan has been struggling on the economic, security and political front.
