UNSC holds emergency meeting on Ukraine after Russia's latest action
The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) held an emergency meeting on Ukraine's situation as tensions between Moscow and Kyiv continue to mount. The session took place just after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered recognition of the independence of separatist regions Donetsk and Luhansk in eastern Ukraine on Monday.
