UK: PM Sunak blames striking doctors for growing waiting list

The House of Commons Library analysis of NHS data shows that between October 2022 and May of this year, more than 38 million patients in England had to wait longer than a fortnight for a GP appointment, despite the government's pledge that everyone would be able to get an appointment. This comes after the government promised that everyone would be able to get an appointment without having to wait.
