Tulsi Gabbard's brother charged with custodial interference
Batarti Gabbard, the 55-year-old older brother of former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, has been charged with second-degree custodial interference following a July 12 incident at a Waikiki hotel pool, where police say he approached several children and offered them money and gum.
