Tokyo stocks down in morning after Nikkei hits 33-year high

Japan's benchmark Nikkei Stock Average reached a new 33-year high on Monday morning as the stock market continues this year's solid performance. The average was at 33,853.46 as of 9:25 a.m., up 0.80% compared with Friday's closing, following a strong earnings season.
