Taliban has hit back at Pakistan for accusations of spike in terror attacks. The Taliban's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi without naming Pakistan said that while one neighbour is serving as recruitment centre for terror, i.e ISIS, the other is a transit route for terror.
