According to reports, beneath Switzerland’s lakes lie military munitions, long buried and potentially hazardous. The Swiss government has now recognized this potential danger and launched a national competition with a prize of around $58,000, for anyone who can devise a method to remove these munitions safely, and in an environmentally friendly manner.
