Standoff between Nepal's President & govt over citizenship to 'foreign women'

Nepal is in the grip of another political crisis as the country's rulers are clashing. There is an apparent tussle between the executive and the president over citizenship Bill and it appears that the lawmakers are stuck between the government and president.
