Rising middle class fueling India's consumption boom
For long, China has been the world's biggest consumer market. But that could change soon as India emerges as an economic powerhouse. Latest projections suggest that India will have a consumer base of 773 million people by 2030. That's a 46 percent increase from 529 million in 2023. China will still have a billion consumers by 2030, growing by just 15 percent in the next six years.
