Report: US Senators met with Crown Prince MBS in Saudi town
Saudi Arabia has restarted talks on a defence pack with the United States and according to media reports these talks have been paused after the Israel-Gaza war. In early January US senators reportedly travelled to the Northwestern town where they met Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman on the agenda was the revival of earlier negotiations of a defence pact. That would have also included a historic tie-up between Saudi Arabia and Israel.
