Pakistan's Supreme Court on Friday ruled that the Sunni Ittehad Council, allied with imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was eligible for over 20 extra seats reserved for women and minorities in the Parliament.
