Pakistan elections 2024: Nawaz Sharif favourite to win polls seen as widely pre-determined

Pakistan is of course voting in its national elections where there's been violence that has taken place. At least about five policemen have been killed in a blast near a policeman in Dera Ismail Khan District. Earlier in day one Security Personnel was killed in an attack on security forces vehicles in the same area.
