Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has approached the Bombay High Court over the circulation of alleged defamatory and AI-generated deepfake content linking him and his family to ethanol-related financial gains. The court has granted him permission to proceed with a civil suit seeking the removal of the disputed online content, with several social media platforms named as parties in the case.
