A tragic helicopter crash in New York has claimed six lives after the aircraft reportedly broke apart mid-air before plunging into the Hudson River. Eyewitnesses said a rotor blade came loose, causing the tourist helicopter to spiral out of control. The victims include the pilot and a family on board.
