Dr. Subhash Chandra has presented his side of the NCLT settlement order
In a statement, Chandra said that he has not taken any loans in his personal capacity. He also clarified the reported ₹22,000 crore personal guarantee and provided details about the dues that have already been settled and the amount that remains pending.
