Moscow & Kyiv delegates meet in Istanbul | Talks focus on resuming grain exports
For the first time in months, Russia and Ukraine have came face to face, shared the same negotiation table and held direct talks in Istanbul. It was a four-way meeting between the military delegation of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the United Nations to discuss the resumption of stalled grain deliveries across the Black Sea.
