A massive, devastating fire broke out at a hotel on Mirza Ghalib Street in central Kolkata around 2:00 AM, trapping several guests on the upper floors as thick, toxic smoke quickly filled the building. Fire services and emergency response teams rushed to the scene to battle the intense flames, successfully rescuing multiple trapped individuals while treating several others for smoke inhalation and burn injuries.
