Kashmir has been placed on high alert following the reported killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. Security forces have intensified patrols across Srinagar and other districts as protests erupt in parts of the valley.
Authorities have imposed preventive restrictions, including tightened security measures and internet curbs, to prevent unrest. Demonstrations were reported in several areas, prompting police deployment and crowd-control actions.
