Israel: Netanyahu revives judicial overhaul stripped of most controversial piece

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he had dropped a central element of the bitterly contested judicial overhaul plans which have roiled Israel for months and was no longer seeking to grant parliament the authority to overturn Supreme Court rulings.
