Following the Islamabad blast, leaders of Jamaat-ul-Ahrar and the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) have denied any involvement in the attack.
Both groups issued official statements distancing themselves from the deadly explosion, while authorities continue their investigation to identify the perpetrators.
