Spam calls have infiltrated our daily lives. It is an unwanted call that occurs when a person or company calls a large number of people at once. Often, these calls are identified and labelled with a spam risk label. Millions of people are daily inundated by unwanted telemarketing calls. To combat these fake and promotional calls and messages, TRAI is set to implement new rules from May 1.
