Addressing the UNSC, Indian EAM S Jaishankar flagged “heightened activities” of the proscribed Haqqani network and stated that other Pak-based terrorist groups such as the Lashkar-e-Toiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed continue to operate with “impunity and encouragement.”
