India: Onlookers film picnickers as they drown in Madhya Pradesh

On July 4th, three picnickers drowned in a body of water in MP's Dewas district as a group of men stood by and recorded the incident. One of the onlookers attempted to save the three but fled from them as they started to drag him down in a last-ditch effort to hold on to life. After that, nobody ventured to enter the water. Friends of theirs were among those who witnessed the atrocity.
