A 28 year old Hindu auto driver, Samir Das, has been beaten to death in Daganbhuiyan in Bangladesh’s Chittagong region, according to local media reports. The killing is the latest in a series of attacks on Hindu minorities in the country. The brutal assault took place on Sunday night, raising renewed concern over the safety of religious minorities in Bangladesh.
