Gravitas: OPEC cuts oil production to drive up prices

OPEC and its allies led by Russia slashed oil production by 2 million barrels per day. The move is expected to drive up oil prices and boost export revenue for members of the cartel. The US has responded by accusing OPEC of aligning with Russia. Molly Gambhir tells you more.
