A report claims that leaders within Nepal's ruling party - KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal are close to a deal. But, this is an uneasy truce. In a statement to the press in Nepal, A Chinese diplomat said that Ambassador Hou Yanqi "didn't wish to see the Nepal Communist Party in trouble".
