Gravitas: 'Don't study in Pakistan' says India's University Regulator

India's University regulator has asked students to not pursue higher education in Pakistan. Reports say, more than 200 Indians are studying in Pakistan. Most of them have received scholarships from Islamabad. Palki Sharma Upadhyay explains.
