Nine people were killed and thirteen were injured when a Jaguar car crashed into a crowd in Ahmedabad. The car was being driven by 19-year-old Tathya Patel.Cops have reportedly found that Tathya has violated speed limit 25 times in a month, and had jumped red light 5 times.
