The owners of the Arpora-based nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane, Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, left India for Thailand just hours after a massive fire killed 25 people on December 6, prompting authorities to issue a lookout circular and launch an international search. Immigration records confirmed the brothers flew to Phuket.
