Former CIA executive David Rush has been arrested and charged with theft of public money after the FBI allegedly uncovered a massive hidden stash during a raid on his Virginia residence. Authorities say approximately $40 million in gold bars, $2 million in cash, and 35 luxury watches were recovered from his home.
