FIFA U-20 World Cup: Argentina replaces Indonesia as host

The Under-20 World Cup will be held in Indonesia from May 20 to June 11, according to a statement released by FIFA on Monday. Indonesia had previously been scheduled to host the event. Argentina will also take part in the event since they were given the hosting rights in place of Indonesia. The group had been disqualified based on merit. Argentina will host the 2018 FIFA U-20 World Cup, FIFA president Gianni Infantino announced in a statement. "FIFA is delighted to announce that the home of the world champions opens its doors to tomorrow's superstars of world football," Infantino said.
