Dogue accused of infringing Vogue trademarks
A canine fashion magazine called Dogue is facing a trademark lawsuit from Condé Nast, the publisher of Vogue. Dogue’s covers feature stylish dogs in designer-inspired outfits, including an Italian greyhound in an evening gown and a labradoodle sporting trench coats. Condé Nast has filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Dogue infringed on the trademark of Vogue, its iconic fashion magazine that has been published since 1892.
