Delhi Police Bust ISIS-Inspired Module, Foil Suicide Attack Plan; Two Arrested
The Delhi Police Special Cell arrested two suspected ISIS operatives planning suicide attacks in crowded locations of the national capital ahead of Diwali. Coordinated raids in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh led to the capture of the men. Police said the suspects had been radicalized online, were undergoing training for attacks, and were in communication with foreign terrorist handlers.
