Court denies parole to Norwegian mass murderer after he pins the blame on online radicalization

A Norwegian man killed nearly about 77 people and also injured dozens in 2011. During a parole hearing, he has pinned the blame on online radicalization, and the court has decided to keep him behind bars as it did not believe that the man could change.
