Bihar government says students who 'Fail' class 10,12 will be marked 'Eligible for Skill Training'

The Bihar government has announced a new approach for students who fail Class 10 and 12 board exams. Instead of being marked as having failed, eligible students may be recorded as “eligible for skill training” and offered opportunities to develop vocational skills.
