<p>Pro-wrestler turned Hollywood actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson revealed in a video message that he, his wife and their two young children tested positive for COVID-19 in recent weeks but that they all have recovered and are healthy. The video was shared by Johnson on his social media page.<br />

Johnson, 48, said in the Instagram post that he and his spouse, Lauren, 35, and their daughters, Jasmine, 4, and Tiana, 2, caught the virus about 2-1/2 weeks ago - despite being "disciplined" about avoiding infection - from "very close family friends" whom he said had no idea how they had become infected.<br />

Johnson is the world's top-paid actor and is has 196 million followers on his Instagram. Johnson used the platform to urge his followers to wear masks and avoid "politicizing" the pandemic.<br />
<br />
"This has been one of the most challenging and difficult things we have ever had to endure as a family," said Johnson.<br />
"I wish it was only me who tested positive. But it wasn't -- it was my entire family, so this one was a real kick in the gut," he added.</p>

<p>Former WWE Superstar turned Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson has teamed up with his ex-wife Dany Garcia and investment company RedBird Capital Partners to buy the XFL for $15 million, hours before the bankrupt American football league was set to be auctioned off.</p>

<p>Johsnon, Garcia and RedBird Capitals Partners were selected as the winning bidder for “substantially all of the assets of Alpha Entertainment LLC” - parent company of the XFL.</p>

<p>The XFL, a reboot of the 2001 league, had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in April, one month after it had to call off the remainder of the season due to COVID-19 pandemic.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While many have been talking of the ills of being in quarantine with their partners amid COVID-19 lockdown, there seems to be some good news on Dwayne Jonhson’s front.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The actor who is self isolating with wife Lauren Hashian, <a href="https://www.wionews.com/entertainment/the-rock-croons-a-song-from-moana-as-he-teaches-daughter-the-importance-of-hand-wash-290347">daughters Jasmine Lia, 4, and Tiana Gia, 2,</a> opened up about how he and Hashian are maintaining a healthy relationship on Instagram.</p>

<p>This was when a fan asked how social distancing has been affecting his marriage.</p>

<p>Through a video message, Dwayne Johnson explained that he and Hashian have been "doing (their) best" amid the circumstances. They do “go through dumb s**t" and occasionally "get snippy" with one another, he feels that "the quarantine has had a very positive effect on my relationship and my marriage".</p>

<p>'Star Wars'&nbsp;actors teased an epic sendoff, the cast of 'Frozen'&nbsp;sang, and action movie star Dwayne Johnson rolled out in a riverboat as Walt Disney Co-promoted its upcoming film slate to devoted fans on Saturday (August 24).</p>

You know you're not going to please everyone all the time but I do know that for me it was very important that if some kid years from now is watching all 9 movies, that you want the story to have a beginning, middle and end so it was very important for us to tell a story that has a satisfying conclusion to these trilogies."</p>

<p>Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell sang alongside 'Frozen'&nbsp;co-stars Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff, who crooned into a stuffed reindeer.</p>

<p>Chris Buck, co-director of "Frozen," said the November sequel to the animated fairy tale, which adds Evan Rachel Wood to the cast, will start in the past and raise questions such as how Elsa got her powers.</p>

<p>Kristen Bell has no qualms about whether the sequel will be as big as the original, telling Reuters "There's not a single word or verb tense in this movie that is not been chosen with great care and this recipe has already been proven to work and these storytellers came together and told a wonderful, meaningful story so maybe I should be nervous, but I'm not nervous in the slightest."</p>

<p>Dwayne Johnson aka `The Rock` announced official wrap of the sequel of `Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle` on Sunday.</p>

<p>`The Rock` shared a picture with co-stars Jack Black, Kevin Hart and Karen Gillan on Instagram, captioning it as, "And off into the desert sunset our favorite video game avatars go."</p>

<p>Details regarding Glover's role and the storyline of the film have been kept under the wraps by the makers, reported Variety.</p>

<p>Glover will star opposite Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan, all of whom are set to return.</p>

<p>Besides Glover, American rapper Awkwafina is also in final negotiations for a significant part in the film and Danny DeVito has also joined the cast.</p>
