<p>It seems that Sylvester Stallone is not going to pull any punches this time as he is fighting 'Rocky' producer Irwin Winkler over the ownership dispute of the franchise. In his new social media posts, he has accused Irwin Winkler of withholding ownership rights of 'Rocky' and "passing all rights to only" his children. Calling it a painful subject, he said that the situation eats at his soul because he "wanted to leave something of Rocky for" his children.</p>

<p>On Saturday, the actor shared a post on social media to criticize Irwin Winkler's son David Winkler, who recently published the memoir 'The Arrangement: A Love Story'. In a long note, he wrote, "This&nbsp;unbearable worthless dreck was written by the painfully untalented David Winkler who is the son of the remarkably untalented and parasitical Producer of Rocky and Creed."</p>

<p>“If it wasn’t for Winkler there would’ve been at least another three Rocky’s, that would’ve been wonderful,” Stallone added. “Frankly that crew are the worst unhunman beings I’ve ever met in the movie industry. I will forever love the loyal fans and keep punching.!!! REMEMBER IT FEELS GOOD TO CLEAR YOUR HEART. (sic)”</p>

<p>On Sunday, Stallone shared a follow-up post and expressed how upset he is over the ownership dispute of the popular franchise. Posting an edited portrait of the 'Rocky' producer, he penned a long note to share his ordeal.</p>

<p>The actor wrote, “ALSO after IRWIN controlling ROCKY for over 47 years , and now CREED, , I really would like have at least a little WHAT’s LEFT of my RIGHTS back, before passing it on to ONLY YOUR CHILDREN - I believe That would be a FAIR gesture from this 93 year old gentleman ? … This is a painful subject That eats at my soul , because I wanted to leave something of Rocky for my children, but it’s always great hearing from the loyal fans. (sic)”</p>

<p>Sylvester Stallone is moving on from ‘The Expendables’ franchise after having been a part of it for 12 years.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Hollywood actor made the announcement in a video posted on Instagram in which he can be seen walking around the set of The Expendables 4 on his final day of shooting as production wrapped.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Sylvester Stallone called the decision to exit the action series that he helped launch as “bittersweet” though he said that he is “ready to pass the baton on” to co-star Jason Statham “and his capable hands.”</p>

<p>Reflecting on the “heart, energy and humor” that the franchise has brought him, Sylvester Stallone said, “The greatest thing is being able to provide films [and] entertainment [where] maybe there’s a little message in there, because what I try to convey in my successful films is the human touch. Not so much the action; the action is self-evident. <p>When asked about if 2026 FIFA World Cup (to be co-hosted by USA, Canada and Mexico) had anything to do with Messi deciding to join the MLS instead of anywhere else despite lucrative offers, Dan said,&nbsp;“The World Cup in our country is going to serve as the rocket-fuel for the growth of soccer in three countries. That said, the World Cup was not the factor to sign Lionel Messi. We are hopeful that he continues to play for his national team, and we will see him here in 2026.”</p>

<p>With several superstars in the past, including Pele, David Beckham, also plying their trades in the MLS, Messi’s inclusion contributes to league’s success. Dan said his addition accelerated the growth of football in the USA like never before.</p>

<p>“Pele led the foundation when he came to America in 1975. Fast forward 2007, David Beckham joined MLS - a relatively new league then, and then Messi comes this year. He's taken it to an entirely different level. He's accelerated the growth of our league and this sport in North America like nothing we have ever seen before,” he said.</p>

<p>Dan revealed how the social media numbers got influenced as well.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Earlier, Inter Miami had a decent Instagram following (around 1 million) before Messi joined the club, and they are now at 13 million followers. We have seen the response on social media in his first couple of games. He's a global icon, and he's resonating,” MLS’ Executive VP added.</p>

<p>He added when Messi travels across USA (Since he played three home games so far), there are going to be packed stadiums everywhere.</p>

<p>“We knew that he was going to have an impact on the relevance of Inter Miami and Major League Soccer's popularity, and it translates to jersey sales. When he travels on the road, which he has not yet (since his first three games were at home), you will see packed stadiums in USA and Canada welcoming him to our league,” he added.</p>

<p>Sylvester Stallone will be making a comeback as fan favourite character Rocky for a special reason. His classic film ‘Rocky IV’ has its 35th anniversary on November 27 and the star has something exciting up his sleeve. &nbsp;</p>

Sharing a drawing of the film, Sylvester wrote, "For the 35th anniversary, Rocky 4 Is getting a new director's cut by me. So far it looks great. Soulful. <p>This is possibly the last time when we will get to see actor Sylvester Stallone as the mean and muscular war veteran in Rambo franchise as makers reveal the first look poster of ‘Rambo: Last Blood’.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The film is around this war veteran who is living on a ranch in Arizona, living his life and minding his business when his friend and estate manager Maria informs him that her granddaughter has gone missing after crossing into Mexico for a party. Sylvester then travels south of the border to find the girl.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The film is to become all violent with action sequences that one would expect from here as Rambo uncovers sex-trafficking ring, teaming up with a journalist whose half-sister has also been kidnapped.&nbsp;</p>

His 1997 comedy, based on a play titled Out of Order by English playwright Ray Cooney, holds the record for ticket sales among Hungarian movies produced over the past two decades.<br />

Since 2011, he had worked as a government commissioner under Prime Minister Viktor Orban, presiding over a revival of Hungarian cinema.<br />

"We are bidding farewell to the greatest Hungarian film producer. Hasta la vista, Andy! Thank You for everything, my Friend!" Orban said on his Facebook page.<br />

<p>"A case was presented today by the Santa Monica Police Department regarding Sylvester Stallone," Greg Risling, a spokesman at the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, told AFP.</p>

<p>"It is under review by our sex crime task force."</p>

<p>The case involves a woman who reported last November that the 71-year-old actor, best known for his roles in the "Rocky" and "Rambo" movies, had assaulted her in 1990.</p>

<p>Risling declined to provide more details about the alleged assault or to clarify whether California's 10-year statute of limitations applies in the case.</p>

<p>Police in Santa Monica and Stallone's attorney, Martin Singer, could also not be reached for comment.</p>

<p>The allegation against the star comes in the wake of the #MeToo movement that has focused attention on sexual harassment in Hollywood and beyond.</p>

<p>Singer in December told US media when the allegation first surfaced that his client "categorically disputes the claim and it is apparent that the woman filed the report to get a media outlet to publish the story."</p>

<p>He acknowledged that Stallone had a relationship with the alleged victim while shooting a movie in Israel in 1987 while he was single.</p>

<p>The attorney said at the time that he planned to submit a claim against the woman for filing a false police report.</p>

<p>The 71-year-old actor first played the Vietnam veteran in 1982.&nbsp;</p>

<p>He is said to be working on a script for the new movie with his ' Expendables'&nbsp;collaborator Avi Lerner on board as a producer, reports deadline.com.</p>

<p>Lerner`s Millennium Films is launching sales on the project in Cannes with a tentative shoot date set for September of this year.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the fifth episode of the franchise, when the daughter of one of his friends is kidnapped, Rambo, who has been working on a ranch, crosses the US-Mexican border and quickly finds himself up against the full might of one of Mexico`s most violent cartels.</p>
